A leadership dilemma

Suppose you want to learn basket ball in a few weeks. You would like to have a coach who has a collaborative leadership style or the one with a domineering pattern? The answer to the following question is not that easy. History reveals that basket ball players have always adopted a domineering leadership pattern. Such leaders do not listen to the nonsense of anything. They coach and mentor according to their own built in leadership patterns. But the teams always win due to their leadership.

On the other hand consider a coach with a highly collaborative pattern. Listening to everyone and having too much regard for the players. Will it bring any success to the team? Obviously not! Though college basketball predictions and college basketball picks are there, but still a wonderful leader with a strong background is needed. March madness picks may not always be helpful where a true and visionary leadership style is required. In order to be successful, a visionary coach is needed who has a sky-scraping visualization.

Without a leader, it is not difficult but impossible to move ahead. March madness predictions can be helpful but if a true leader exists and there to guide. Obviously, a good leader needs good followers as well. Excellent leaders with weak followers and weak leaders with strong followers prove to be the worst combination. History also reveals that followers exhibit almost same attributes as those of leaders.
